At Rivera Landscape, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality landscaping services that meet or exceed expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and helps clarify our terms and procedures.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • A scheduled service was canceled by Rivera Landscape.

  • The service was not delivered as agreed or failed to meet a clearly defined service description.

  • The customer cancels a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer cancels the service less than 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Work has already begun or been completed as per the agreed service.

  • Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind without clear service failure.

  • Issues resulting from circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather interruptions or access restrictions).

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if only a portion of the service was completed or if mutual agreement is reached between Rivera Landscape and the customer.

  • Date of service

  • Reason for refund request

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Payment Method for Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
